1. Service provider

Prezentowe Losy is a free web application operated by The Cloudest Tomasz Iwanowski, Bandurskiego 47B, 05-270 Marki, Poland, tax ID 1251739186. Contact: biuro@prezentowelosy.pl.

2. Service

The application organizes gift draws, creates private participant links, and provides wishlists, announcements and polls. Registration and participant email addresses are not required.

3. User responsibilities

Users must provide lawful content, avoid personal data that is not necessary for the draw, and protect participant links and the organizer password. It is prohibited to disrupt the service, bypass safeguards, impersonate others, or publish unlawful, harmful or infringing content.

4. Expiry and access

The organizer selects a validity period of 1–180 days. Once it expires, the draw becomes unavailable and its data is subject to deletion. The organizer password cannot be recovered. A private link grants access to the information assigned to that link, so it should be shared only with the intended person.

5. Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to maintain the service and pairing mechanism but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Users should save organizer and participant links in a secure place. Liability is governed by mandatory applicable law.

6. Analytics and advertising

Optional Analytics is used only after consent and never on private draw views. Advertising is disabled by default and, if activated, may appear only on eligible public content pages and subject to Google Publisher Policies and the required certified consent mechanism. 7. Changes and law

The current terms apply from the date shown above. Material changes will be published on this page. Polish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
